Please understand that I will need to verify your insurance information prior to scheduling your initial appointment. I currently take the following insurances: Anthem/Blue Cross and United Healthcare/Optum.  I hope to accept Aetna in the near future.  It is highly recommended you call your insurance company or visit their website to ensure I am a preferred provider for you, and to ask what a copay or co-insurance for the session will look like based on your individual insurance plan.  Self-pay clients are also welcome.
